New Prompt it ends on August 31st

I could not resist a Roman centric prompt.

This one will be quite important, and I will definitely be reading it. Tag me with every chapter not just for WW but the day after if need be and I will read it, comment and definitely promote it a little more.

This time though it’ll be a several month long prompt, the reason being that Juillet/July is named after Julius Caesar and August/Aout is named after Augustus Caesar the greatest Roman ruler/leader who ever lived.

This is why we’re going to be giving pride of place over the next few months to Roman stories. I hope to encourage those such as

if she wishes to direct Historic Fiction authors my way that I might promote them as they are always welcome to Warrior Wednesday along with Sword & Saturday.

For Warrior Wednesdays, how’s about a short story or series of chapters that have the following ideas;

• There must be some element of Roman daily life and Heroism and Manifest Destiny in there

• Once again the story must be 30,000 words at most

Now for Sword & Sorcery:

• Here the story can be bare minimum 25,000 words long

• And there must be a great beast, reference to the Imperial period or the Kingdom period, and the lead must be a Roman and not a Barbarian ;)
